The wind sucked in and out of the cave sounding like a tidal wave was going to rush through at any moment!

The quiet before the Storm... Getting back to our last anchorage-Koh Muk and the scary Emerald Cave! At Koh Muk, the anchorage was supposed to be a muddy bottom, which is good for anchoring in . However, we could only find rock and murky water; and feeling uncomfortable about these conditions- we took Micah around the corner. There too was a little nerve-wracking as we had towering cliff faces and huge rocks jutting out from the sea, on either side of us. But, it was a beautiful place to spend two nights. Micah snuggled in nicely between the cliffs! Our first night in this anchorage, the wind started to blow and as we were worried about waking up to find ourselves being dashed in the dark against rocks, we decided to do nightwatch between Brent and myself.
